• The parks are all full of little trendies. Good place to get pissed when you're under age though
• well ummmmmm? there's central park pretty kool if ur a greebo or goth or sk8er its good goin there on a friday nite!
• Has not changed much in the last 10 years. Still either Central Park or outside MacDonalds.
• Costa. Everyone loves a costa. Just stroll in, steal a cup of another table so it looks like you've bought a drink, and sit there for hours.
• For alternative teens (greebos, as some call it) it has to be Central Park, the basketball courts, the Y for younger teens, the pubs on Moulsham Street for the older ones, and it used to be the Army and Navy but now try the Marconi club. The tradition of teens in Chelmsford getting smashed on a Friday night will continue forever!
• well theres central park its wicked its better if ur a greebo or goth though or if ur a sk8er u go on the ramps and hang bout near there theres some really wicked people down there u make mates well easy.
• Central park's a good place to hang out you can watch all the skaters and hang round the toilets wiv ur mates but i wuld only go down there if u are a greebo or grunger coz trends and peeps will most definately beaten up the "y" is also a gr8 place to hang out on a friday nite if ur a grrebo mosh pit and music its wicked.all of this in chelmsford its a well kool place.
• The bus stop on Gloucester Avenue near the turning down to Moulsham School
• Outside Maccy D's! Which is bloody cold in winter!
• How come no one mentioned megazone? and mega bowl? everyone forks out for one game then spends the rest of the night hanging around in the warm watching the lights on the machines!! And the 24 hour tesco!! and maccy d's till they got bouncers?!
• The place where people most get hamered is got to be outside riverside weve all been there done that then you go to mrs.cod in chelmsford town

• All the bad boy skaters hang out near the ramps in the park, including my old workmate Barry. BTW all you alternative types all dress the same! How can you be individual if you all conform to a dress code that is universally approved by your own brethren, within a social group that is both conspicous in numbers and popularity?

• The park. You know, the park!! everyone loves the park! where else would you go? no seriously, the park is the place of kings. me thinks.

• It has to be central park - summer or winter. Hang around there for long enough and u'll see every1 who's any1 (I'm not saying you won't have died of hypothermia by then - just that its possible). Also train station friday night / bus station after school / road in between. Yes, the only good thing in Chelmsford is that you have the means to get out of Chelmsford

• Central park, go there man and watch the ramps man, there is sum sick stuff there i mean its waked.
• AHHHHH!!!4 me an my PDPGM it HAS to be our drinking bench which is in central park...same place as everyone else hangs out!with the ramps, WOO!and the train station but i havent bin able to face that since the NITE OF DOOM!

• Welll....it has to be said that the skate park is usually for the grungers( and occasional trendies looking for Ash) and out side Mc D's is for the larey Kevs. Central is a cool place to hang out in summer, with a few beers of course-and if ya lucky you might get chatted up by one of chelmsfords resident drunk tramps!! All in all......it has to be the skate park..
• As previously mentioned, outside Maccy D's. Some very unhappy kids there, trying to be cool. Or anywhere along the high street, really. Lots of attractive people passing by. Also some pissed up people spoiling for a punch up, spilling out of clubs so be careful!!!
• yo!! the ramps is well good and skteboarding is also better than standing around doing nothing anyway!!
• Erm... It's gotta be Springfield park. All the underage scumbaggers hang out there, clutching a bottle of cheap cider and sharing 10 B&H between twenty of em. Oh.... Those were the days.... Well, alternatively you could join the slick-haired greasy masses who congregate outside McDonalds of a weekend. They always look like they having SO much fun. No, honest.
• the toilets just near the skate park is a good place to get dang good head.

• Central Park is quite a popular place to hang for teens well where us so called GREEBOS go to get away from the revolting trendie youth of chelmsofrd town who have knothing better to do than bowl it round town all day long all i have to say is "Do U Want Some Fruit With That Bowl" The Y On Victoria Road is a very good place to go it is run by nice people and the youth actually work there them selves i mena thats the youth with taste not the little teenie boppers who go around wearing short skirts and haev there tits haning outta there tops well thats the ones who r actually past puberty yet ! Oh and jsut cos of the way i dress and the music i listen to does not mean i smell i wash frequenty unlike u fools who just chuck on some cheap aftershave/perfume u bought off the crappy stool in the market !
• If u sk8 then there's the ramps in Central Park, some metal benches and shit waxed curbs outside the odeon and opposire that there's about a 5 stair gap.There's sum rails near a hair place and steps with a metal edge but i dont know what the place is called. • Central park is THE place to be- summer or winter- friday nights smashed on "omega" cider (?) kicking the heads off flowers b4 the might hedge jumping over onto the bowling green. may the tradition live on with todays chelmsford 15 year olds.
• Pollards Meadow in Springfield was always a winner for a bottle of Cider or Thunderbird. I'm not sure if the Offy is on Torquay Road exists anymore though
• Well.. all the sad greb's hang around at the park and begging at the train station on A friday night, trying to ask someone normal looking to buy them some "soft drinks". Yes all of the Dewer crew wearing their chains, stipey stockings, and generally foul-smelling attire, then proceed on to the Y. Admittedly, I did once frequent that 'establishment.' All the under-ages then go down the park, so that they can party by the ramps and with the added advantage of the Woosford technique, whereby people pretend to be hard and mature, but because it is dark, they can in actual fact pour away the contents of their beverage, because they don't like the taste. They would rather waste their money in order to enhance their street-cred. Everyone else tends to stay in the warmth of their houses. There are unfortunately an increasing no. of these trendy-haters, that all ironically and despite what they said, end up gracing a more conventional environment with their prescence, eventually. The reason that these Marilyn followers, go to the Y or the park, is because they can't dance to save their lives, but instead shake their greasy locks in a very ugly way whilst lifting their arms to expose their pungent smelling arm pits . On that note, they tell us that they are fed up with life, and are suicidal, why can't they just do us a favor and do the deed.
• Most under 18's hang out outside McDonalds sharing 1 strawberry milkshake between 5 of them, this happens a little less often now due to the marked increase of police presence in Chelmsford over the last couple of years (hmm wonder why?)Older looking teenagers tend to wander from pub to pub in Moulsham Street trying to get served and consequently being thrown out.
• Everyone meets at wine & co on moulsham st, then dissapear off to centeral park personally after i meet my mates we have our own special place
• me and my mates use to go on the far side of the lake in central to see the bats.
• Friday nights, all of us (mostly greebos, not me tho) go down 2 da ramps to get pissed and hopefully pull and/or get stoned!! yay. but then we have 2 go to da shitty Y 4 some shite greebo music
• the sk8 park iz the kOoLEsT place to go if you are bored. i never see many girlz skatin there tho..just hanging around and drooling...don't blame them though.
• I always used to hang out at MaccY DEES and I turned out alright, me finks. Dukes when it reopens in March yeah Baby.
• SLIPED DISK IS QUITE A GOOD PLACE TO BEEN SEEN HANING AROUNG IN AND GENERALLY NE WHERE ELSE AND EVERY WHERE ELSE IN THE TOWN U WILL FIND PEOPLE JJUST HANING AROUND.

• Outside maccy d's is greebo central where evry one just sits outside eventhought it is raining and freezing cold ! Central park a place to go and sit and watch all the fit bmxer's and skateboadreds do there funky thing !
