Musical Instrument Shops and DJ Gear
Route 36 - Specialising in Drums and Percussion, but also Guitar stuff too.
Got a few, one place I went into looked at me like I had 2 heads when I asked them a musical question, see not programmed for questions or answers in Salisbury just ignorance to the customer.
Percy Priors - sell all types of instruments, sheet music
Spire Leisure have a good selection of DJ gear for sale and hire, lots of lighting plus they offer pa and complete DIY disco set ups. Worth a look, good service too ! Based on the Barnack Industrial Estate in Wilton, just outside Salisbury.
Percy priors and "the guitar store" are the two main musical instrument stores. Both are ok with guitars, but a tad pricy. Dont even bother looking in percy priors if you're looking from drum gear. Try southampton fret music for a superior music shop with a better selection of both drums and guitars/amps.
Percy Priors on Catherine Street cover all choices - great place!!
stangers
not stricly speaking a music shop, but apparently fullpower the dj shop is back its out on a farm near the town. loads of dj gear there the web is fullpowerdj.co.uk
Percy something!! Around the corner from the cinema!!
Percy Priors is one of the best
percy priers!! the guitar store!!xx
Cathrine Street has several all of which are quite well stocked fro all varieties of musicians.
Sangers in Catherine Street
Sangers in Catherine Street, not that I go in there but I think its the best one around.
percy priors, catherine street
We only have the one (Sangers) in Catherine Street.
Percy Priors is the newest Music shop, sotcking a plethora of guitars, although there is another music shop on Winchester St., just past MacDonalds which is also quite good but pricey. The local Cash Converters does have the odd good instrument sometimes too
Percy Priors Music in Catherine Street have got a new rock department - best music shop outside London
Stand-out, where the music stands out
Percy Priors
Stangers, because all the rest have gone to Southampton!
Percy Priors is cool, my brother went there for work experience although its been taken over by someone else since then
Suttons
Salisbury High-Fi
When are we going to get a Richer Sounds shop?
Percy Priors is totally the best place ever
What used to be known as Stangers, under new management now. It is on Catherine Street near all the charity shops.
