Sports Clubs and Facilities
I Live near Harrow Rec and there are several teams that play there on a sunday, same with headstone manor. The only leisure centre is harrow leisure which has a good Gym, and a ok pool(advise you not to go swimming pn saturday cos its packed full of kids. Theres also a pool in hatch end nr the arts center.

www.harrowckd.co.uk for Harrow Choi Kwang Do School. A modern martial art / self defence. Non competitive, excellent for those looking to improve fitness levels, stamina, strength and well being. A realistic self defence with easy to apply techniques.
Harrow leisure is good, got a gym, pool and loads of sports halls, for football theres clubs at harrow rec and headstone manor park LNER FC in sudbury town is ok, harrow rec is also good for cricket. There are 2 twnnis clubs in north harrow and a new golf range has just opened on watford road nr northwick park and is really good wembley rugby club and the harrow school pool

Harrow Leisure Centre. It was closed by Health and Safety people seven years ago because they didn't clean the tiles properly or something (you'd have to confirm this), but all open for business and refurbished now, last time I checked.
Bushido “way of the warrior” karate is founded on the principles of movement, morality and etiquette.

Our friendly and fun mixed classes cater for children and adults. Ages range from as young as 5 years to 60 years old. (Parents are welcome to stay and watch the class, return at the end of lessons or join in)
