• Try Dawsons, just behind Homebase off the ring road - good supply of most miusical gear and if they haven't got it they probably can.
• go into bfast to matchets - its pretty good! theres also this other place which not too many pepole know of, its on past cult along the high street,jus along the main road past the coffee shop beside cult,its jus b4 u get too st anns - rely good,a bit like matchets but those that know of it say its better! go see for urself! oh ye an then theres the guitar emporium up at shazbury square - boitanic avenue.

• Frogs Strings and Things in Grays Hill,just up from Pollocks.The guy stocks loads of acoustic guitars along with strings and loads of other music related goodies.Well worth a visit, even if its only for a chat on life.

• the 1 facing the chippy just around the corner from rough stuff!
• The Rock Shop - top of High Street. Great sounds from the back of your 50cc Scooter as you "roar" off down the road and straight into that bin lorry. Imagine forty schoolchildren blowing rasberries into an empty dustbin. Great vibe.
• there aint noine no more since the rock shop realised that its existance was doin the world no favours and it disappeared up its own arse
• We wish. Rock Shop used to be the only place for your g strings but they even closed that down. Go to Matchetts in Belshaft
• Get your strings from James Hill in Dufferin Avenue and he makes guitars too.
• Rock Shop closed, what now for all those budding Jimmy Paiges and Marc Knopflers eh?
• Now the Rock Shop has closed down, nowhere. Go to Session, Matchetts or Marcus in Belfast.

• Rathgill community centre rocks. Mainy a night I've spent in there moshing.
