• ROSIES used to be great ! Various little shops throughout Portrush over the years. Anywhere she could find a spot, a second hand clothing shop would appear for a while, and then disappear. Rosie please come out of retirment, we need another !

• Hillis on Main St great retro gear in the cellar.

• The Whitehouse a quality shop to buy your granny a beautiful pleated skirt. Looking for decent clothing-you have no hope in Portrush
• We have got a new one - Rock Bottom which is closer to the town center than the other two. Some really great outfits - especially for us girls!
• Kitz for Kids has just opened - nice selection of stuff for the toddlers there. It's quite far at the end of the town though.

• Dunluce Hall Jumble Sales
• Peter O'Dohertys Arts"n"Crafts in Lower Main Street is the only gallery in Portrush and well worth a look.It is here that local artist Jimmy Doole likes to exibit his work, all of which can be picked up for a price well within the grasp of most.
• Spookies herbal tea shop located in croc-na-mac road great karma.
• A few good shops selling paintings . The Palmist very good !.
• Jackie McDonalds , some real russish in this one i think he must go looking around the skips at the back of the school.
• Lots of places in Coleraine, Portrush & Portstewart.
• The Ballywillan Drama Group, based in Portrusn, is one of Northern Irelands most sucessful amature drama groups. For info on their latest shows etc call in at http://www.ballywillandramagroup.freeserve.co.uk/
• There's a little Art Gallery out at Dunluce Castle where the artist's technique is in the form of LOTS of tiny pencil dots. Crazy stuff but great to look at really closely.

• Loads of them - we are a tourist town y'know and those things are in plenty.

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!
