• Now the oast house has gone it would have to be the happening carpenters, brewery or at best the lifeguard hut for beach parties in the summer.
• everyone knows in south wales cardiff and swansea rule the roost
• The carpenters on a SAturday Night and for all the horny buggers thursday Nights (gentlemen's night)
• Bogeys in Cardiff. The best for heavy Metal music
• We Wish, the nearest thing to a club is DJ Mike Reynolds on a Friday and Saturday night. BO SELECTOR to Mike the DJ!!!!!(Taking the Pee)
• Llantwit Majors equivalent of Cream is The Oast House on a weekend. dance the night away!!!!
• The Oast House Disco ; The Rugby Club
• Club Metro, Cardiff. Club Ifor Bach + GWs + Sub-Ways, Cardiff (all these locations are actually quite crap). Hanging Gardens Ñ I suppose it's OK. NOT: Coco's, PJ's, Lloyd's, Benz or whatever Cha-Cha's is called now.

Live Music Venues

• if your a rock fan (alternative) check out the the toll house in bridgend
• The CIA or the Cardiff Uni
• wasn't scott morton's band called the suicidal shopping trolleys or was that someone else?
• The Rugby Club has seen some memorable nights on the lacal band sceen. Back in the nineties there was a gig by Scott Morton and Co (can't remember the name of them) a classic. The only recent one is the Love Handels gig, which was pretty damd good. The only regular place is the Plough.

Cinemas

• Barry!!UCI is better down Atlantic Wharf Cardiff!!Bout time sum1 put another cinema ere!!
• yeah right!!!...... although apparently there was one many moons ago!!!
• The UCI in Cardfiff Rocks man!
• No Cinema ( replaced by shopping precinct about 30 years ago )
