Inside Information
- burning things and drinking piss in the buss stop. The rec'. the town hall steps. the the pubs.
- skating? i was too busy being "otherwise engaged"
- Llantwit has too many pikies (no offence intended)haunting the good spots. Recommend cowbridge. skatepark is good. usually a skater meet there most days in summer. play park is cool to mess around in. youth centre deserves a look too.
- THE OFFY ON A FRIDAY NIGHT!!!!!
- the Kebab house!!!! and the famous 'H' by Somerfield, offy
Bridgend on sat and fri nights, if you old enough
- it depends on how old you are!!
16 and under-offy, 'H', town hall, around town
17 and over-pubs drinking, beach smoking, frampton smoking,
- Bus stop up town,also wot woz the eckkie by railway line!
- up st illtyds fields was the the place to be. But remember your nisa bag becasue the grass was always to wet to sit and drink on.
- the beach is a good spot these days it has erroded away and it looks well pretty
- outside the offy funnily enough!!!!!
- The Tree anybody who was once fourteen nows this place!
- The tree park on St Davids Avenue,Well it used to have trees. It used to be the ONE place to go and get slaughtered with your mates on a friday night before stumbling up town to snog as many boys as you could.
- St Athan Bus stops were always a good bet!
- brilliant ---- the Oast house car park ---- pissing behind the recycling bins.
- Kebab van, 1AM for a party back at mine! Yeah!
- Truffles coffee shop - for coffees to cure the hangovers (Sixth Form 1987-1988)!
- Kims Dads house (Jeffreys) for a couple of bottles of Bossini or any other alcohol that costs less than a pound for a litre!! Stay away from there after 7.00 on a saturday night as a notorious Miss Lisa Brew is within the vicinity.
- In front of the sports shop.
- The skate-park in Llantwit, by the football pitch as you come into town. None of the other places are ever skated, except perhaps the comprehensive. However, if you are coming to Llantwit to surf and skate, hook up at the new skatepark: 16' wide, 6' high mini; 8' wide, 4' high quarter, an 8' wide 6' high quarter and some rails; all new and in good nick. I skate there every weekend and most nights.
- Up the 'Eccy' and outside the chip shop on a Friday night(if your under 16) Beach car park.
- Car park behind Nisa and Gateway, 2-3pm. Comp School (Ham Lane) 4-5pm.

What is Knowhere?
The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!
In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor
(the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.
We make no claims as to the accuracy of the information in the Guide - our only purpose is to provide a forum for users to share their knowledge and opinions. So please keep a large bag of salt handy and be prepared to read between the lines!
