extreme is a good shop for cloathes with brands including quiksilver, billabong, vans, roxy, paul frank and other good stuff
and the dj is a right funny guy:P
A LOT of charity shops. I counted 15 without really trying.
nothing much...if you want 'alternative' clothing the only place you'll get it is upstairs at the black rose (which also has a lot of bongs and body jewellery). there's a fairly good army-surplus place too.
im sure youll agree that the heart foundation and oxfam are the best clothes shops..............i just dont get it..........why are they so cheap...................im off there now to buy a burberry coat.
Loads of them, try the new mall , every style, every age
Gap has arrived - thank feck
There's no Top Shop, no Miss Selfridge, the New Look is tiny... where are us girls meant to shop?
Pebbles Parson Street (fashion)
Henrys For Men, High Street(fashion, classic +hire)
Even though theres a new shopping centre FINALLY opened theres still no were really decent to shop, all though hero looks promising.
usually too expensive- loads of charity shops though if you're into bargains!
not very good if you like snowboarding and surfy stuff T.k max everything shrinks
Why did Blend have to close?
Jack and Jill in White Lion Walk, has a reputation for good service, competitive prices and a fine range of infants' clothing, nursery equipment and unique gift items.
Avoid the High Street, they'll just rob you blind!
Try White Lion Walk for "ethnic" shops filled with the trendiest gear and great jewelry.
Blend.
Arts, crafts and such (Anything from pukka art galleries to craft shops. Trendy and twee both welcome.)
umm, trinders on broad street?
Paperway near Argos is good (the arty stuff is in the back, the office stuff at the front.) As for places selling art, there's one on the corner of church walk and parsons street, but i don't really care.
the mill has a space for art exhibition
The Mill ...again, Black Rose is good for bongs and rips!
Cool, original jewlerry, art etc, at the Mill arts centre. On display in Bar.
the technical college is the place to apply to if you want to go into design and graphics etc.
Black rose Church lane

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!
In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor
(the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.
We make no claims as to the accuracy of the information in the Guide - our only purpose is to provide a forum for users to share their knowledge and opinions. So please keep a large bag of salt handy and be prepared to read between the lines!
If you disagree with a comment, or information is out of date, please submit an update! The contributors come from all walks of life, and their opinions are bound to be subjective, so if your view isn't represented, please speak up and contribute to the balance of the Guide. See below in the 'Have Your Say' section for how to add your voice.
If we have helped you out or made you laugh you can buy us a pint.
Have Your Say...
The Knowhere Guide depends entirely on real users for information. Please feel free to join in.
You can tell us more about Banbury.
This is also the method to use if you want to correct some of the information already here.
(But please remember you're not mailing the person who actually wrote whatever-it-is.)
You can use the add an event form
to tell us about events happening in Banbury.
Or, if you'd just like to leave a message for other users of this site, take a look at The Knowhere Board (handy if you're just trying to get in touch with someone).
