• there are 2 branches of GAME- one in the centre across the road from LUSH, and another as you walk up towards KFC but I think that one might have closed. They sell all different games and some 2nd hand games too.

• Fantasy game shop in Silver Street.
• Never go to Game, its a rip off. Go on the internet to www.play.com and get pretty much everything electrical there.
• Well theres GAME, formerly Electronics Boutique. Virgin and HMV sell a lot, so does WHSmith, and MVC.

• retrobuys.com used to be the star shop in the silver arcade, sells abit of everything including old cheesey games
• Beaties was good until they re-aranged the store! i used to rob load of stuff from there... Virgin Megasore is about the only place thats easy to rob nowerdays

• The internet cafe round the corner from the YMCA by the train station is quite nice and has pretty good computers.

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!

In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor (the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.
