• game x2, game station and again, anpother i cant remember the name of. All trade in.
• Gamestation, game, HMV, games workshop (I don't see the point in warhammer though) and a few others. That mostly suck. ie, curry's, dixons, oh, and there's a PC world...
• Games workshop is in the miller arcade and comes complete with it's very own set of fat sweaty geeks ABSOLUTLY FREE. gamestation deals in second hand games so is a great place to track down old 8 and 16 bit games as well as ace deals on newer software and hardware. you can find it on friergate next to mcDonalds and across from music zone (bargin city central) There are 2 GAME stores one in the fishergate center and the other in the friergate center the former is a larger store while the latter has employees who actually know what they're talking about (always an advantage)
• Game in St georges centre, Game Station next to mcdonalds
• 2*GAME and HMV. No specialist shops. There's a Gamesworkshop too.

• For Playstation games etc go to the market on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Good for cheap videos too. Rent all videos and games from Video Magic - the North Wests premier video store!!
• depends what sorta games, theres a sex shop near debenhams and one down behind roper hall check it out!!!

• Not a games shop as such, they do hire out playstation games, but the Video Magic store on Blackpool Rd in Ashton has all the latest video & DVD rental relaeses at bargain prices. Jim who works there is a card & his daughter Lisa is genned up on her movies. Call 01772 736486 to find out!
• THE PRESTON GAMES CO STOCKS ALL PLYSTATION / NINTENDO / PC AND DOES VERY REASONABLE PRICES WITH A IDIOT PROOF SWAPS SYSTEM THEY ALSO SELL COLLECTABLE CARDS INCLUDING MAGIC THE GATHERING -- ALL STAR TRECK -- BUFFY -- XENA AND MORE
• Games Workshop is the best place for fantasy gaming, with helpful staff who're always keen to take your money. My one gripe with the place is that it's to bloody small.
• try Eclipse in the town centre-good for nintendo owners(sad gits)
• All the standard i.e. Game and Electronic Boutique and also Games Workshop for board games.

• lan zone is closed
• New internet cafe E-BOX INTERNET opening soon on upper level preston market unit 126/127 should have around 50pcs at good rates and printing and copying services for the students get a discount if you show your card.more info at new web site http://www.prestonmarket.net
