• A new art gallery has opened beside the station in Hinckley called The Frame Game. It stocks a good range of art, mainly by the country's up and coming contemporary artists, but has traditional pictures too. Also offers a picture framing service and handmade greetings cards. Worth a look!

• gallery in trinity lane called trinity galleries has paintings etc for sale, well worth a visit for that special present. Also a gallery has been opened in potters marston another place well worth a visit.
• NEW GALLERY OPENED IN POTTERS MARSTON WORTH A VISIT FOR THAT UNUSUAL PRESENT.
• I STATED EARLIER THAT WE NOW HAD A GALLERY IN HINCKLEY THOUGH IT BE VERY SMALL. WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IS A PUBLIC GALLERY FOR ALL THE LOCAL ARTISTS TO DISPLAY THEIR WORKS OF ART AT NO COST TO THEM BUT WOULD GIVE PLEASURE TO THE HINCKLEY PEOPLE AND MIGHT ENCOURAGE VISITORS TO THIS HISTORICAL TOWN.
• A NEW ART GALLERY HAS OPENED IN HINCKLEY. IT IS SITUATED IN TRINTY LANE ABOVE THE FRAMING SHOP, RUN BY MR NEIL ROBINSON. IT IS WELL WORTH A VISIT FOR THAT UNUSUAL PRESENT. PAINTINGS ON DISPLAY BY LOCAL ARTISTS BOTH AMATAUR AND PROFFESSIONAL. A GOOD VARIED SELECTION. JUST POP IN AND HAVE A LOOK.

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!

In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor (the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.

We make no claims as to the accuracy of the information in the Guide - our only purpose is to provide a forum for users to share their knowledge and opinions. So please keep a large bag of salt handy and be prepared to read between the lines!
