• Bicycles at the shop round the back of the Black Bull (not too much choice, but friendly and can fix things).

• Get on the 219 to Geldard Road, Birstall and see FACTORY DIRECT BIKES. I got my MOPED and PUSH BIKE there. It's dead cheap and great quality - and no I'm not on comission!!1
• Sowerby brothers person powered bikes in Mirfield. Must be good as they've grown cant say I've ever been in there either.
• My first bike came from Laurie Armitages (I bet I'm showing my age now)

• Great Bike shop on the high street (Huddersfield Road). Almost makes the Victorian surroundings seem quite contemporary. Mirfield is great for 2 things - fish'n'chips and pubs.

• wel if u go to pattersons lumber yard theres loads of shaped wood where u can get loads of air and u can make loads of ramps but u av to be carful coz theres gard dogs n shit if u dont no where it is its near hopton skwl up that hill :) have a gud time trying to kill yor self on bmxes lol
• The quarter pipe that was on the redgra near the old Mirfield high with lads like Snebs, Dosser and the Hardy brothers, bring back 1985.
• no, but winky and the lads once made on near the river(half penny bridge), it was ok.
