• The arena is a legendary club, no matter if u like it not. It is a guarantee cracker 4 vibes, attracting huge DJs such as da Judge, Eddie Halliwell and Lisa Lashes to name but a few. Resident chris Davies is a name to remember, he beats any professional hands down. U never heard scratchin' like it!! Plus it's not closin down for refurbishment after all, but don't worry, they r doin it durin the weeks over the year. So we get a clean new arena (now called Arena Tingles(!) )and don't miss out on a sat nite.

• The Arena (or the Met as it is now called) is the shittiest place that I have ever had the misfortune to enter. It is a scummy smelly cess pit which I go to(sometimes) when I am sent a free ticket. It is a good place to go if you are desperate for a quick shag & a bad dose of pubic lice!
• Calverts Tavern - this place is an absolute dive, there are very very few people at the disco who have actually left secondary school - and no matter how much they do it up the customers will always be the same ignorant bunch of louts who are always ready for a fight.
• The Met. Originally the Arena. Top spot. Lovely big car-park for guaranteed rows after. Women are particularly ...well, em (the opposite to difficult).
• The Met, nice layout, clientele hoeever does not compliment the impressive architecture
• There isn't many, well actually there is only one Drumsill House But the coach (hang out place for 10 year old's)and the Belmount are only a bus journey away.
• in Armagh you can go to the met, formerly the Arena. it is good for 2 things 1. if you want to buy large amounts of narcotics 2. if you want to either view or participate in the biggest fight of your life

You can catch good tributes/cover bands (thin as lizzy.. alas no more) now and again, bands covering everything from oasis to pantera, depends on what ur thing is. Watch out for local bands doin their own thang, espically your heavier types. Hughes: go for the bands, not the people!

• Hughes, although I love it to bits, has gone to the dogs. It was the place to be when thay had live bands on a Friday nite. At the weekends it has a disco on a Fri & Sat nite. When Kevin Hughes books some really good bands (such as the much loved 'Mothers Little Helpers' we will have the place to be in Armagh!
• Devlins Bar, Top Muusic with such groups as inside out
• 'Hughes'. The Northern Bar, Railway Street. Some good young acts and tribute bands. Worth a look on Fri nights
• City Lock & Key Centre..........LOCKSMITHS.........you'll find a truly excellent level of service here........they pulled me out of a hole big time while I was in Armagh ! :-)

I would still rather travel to Newry Omniplex to see a film as the seats in Armagh cinema are TOO FUCKING SMALL! Also, Newry has the advantage of having Burger King, KFC & McDonalds really close by.........Armagh has NONE of these within a 15 mile radius!
