• Ramesy no longer there now an alldays (a bid miss) and an empty shop which also used to be ramseys which will probably be another charity shop

• Don't go to Beauty 4 U beauticians. It's crap and the girls who work there are all b*tches and ugly - not nice having to sit and look them while you're being treated!!

• Davids or is it D.F.S??? Same rubbish different name! Never try a pair of jeans on there, within 1/2 hr you waist size will be all round town.

• Davids for some overpriced adidas, puma or wrangler! Nice stuff though don't get me wrong.
• Ramsays sell some lovely wooly jumpers and nice cords.

• Davids is the best shop for sports wear and fashion what's the need of going into town when you have a good shop with great service on your doorstep.
• Davids, the best range of clothes in Stoney. Yeh right, the ONLY range of clothes in Stoney!
• For the youger generation the only clothes shop is Davids Sports, there should be more choice for the young trendies

• Davids Sports and Leisure Wear. Up to date designer and classic wear. Well worth a look.

Arts, crafts and such (Anything from pukka art galleries to craft shops. Trendy and twee both welcome.)

• Mr willox no longer there, not sure it ever was and have no idea what is there now probably yet more flats. Craft shop next to carron tea room now a old grannies clothes shop and a very nice delictesson. Just scottish is now a very over priced flower shop. cant see that lasting!!
• Next to the Carron resturants a cool little shop withs of cool little bits,same as he paper gallery.Good for birthdays.
• I mac frames,Riverside art gallery,craft shop on Barclay street.
• Mr Willox's shop near the harbour, very nice and cheap art, carvings etc- check it out
• Try a way with the fairies or crafty creations both have really cool stuff and are cheap! and that not an advertisement - its from a satisfied customer
• Riverside gallery in David Street
• Just Scottish: a very popular retailer of a very wide range of Scottish goods. Specialises in Charles Rennie MacKintosh designs.

Magazine and Comic Shops

• there is no longer a paper gallery, now it is a gift shop that is very nice and funcky stuff just over priced. You said that there was no newsagents, that is what wlldies is!!
