Sports Clubs and Facilities

• Apart from North Bridge Leisure Centre and the Ski Slope, Halifax is quite limited.

• Halifax Blue Socks, have they changed their name? Halifax Town Football Team. Some strong local cricket teams and Crossley Heath school have an excelent rugby team. The Swimming pool is olympic sized if you're interested in swimming. And North Bridge leisure centre is alright for sports.
• Trampolining at the ridings sports center is kewel
• RUGBY - Old crossleyans (you wont find a team more out of shape than these) Well what can I say if you enjoy rugby and you get a chance to watch these machines on a saturday arvo about 3ish! If you enjoy watching 15 men running to the sidelines spewing in and almost perfect sycronisation heres a quick run down of lads who make this a unit! Ten inch Tell, Bolly, Wanger, Boggey, Selwyn(C), The Rat, Beanbag, Dangerous, Cheggers, Foxy and Bruce! Keep it real lads live the dream you dont know your born!!

• springhall has a runnin team that i'm on and king cross has a rugby team that i'm on
• Go to west vale park...theres nothing there like part from a little football pitch, but it rocks!
• Best place for these is probably North Bridge leisure centre
• The Shay, need I say more?
• Always remember there are more people walking around Bradford wearing BLUE SOCKS than there are Bulls shirts in Calderdale.[But only just]
