Hook-up Spots (That hallowed spot where everyone hangs around with their mates dreaming of the time when they can get into the pubs or clubs - a bench, a corner: you name it.)
Me and ma m8s call it the spot!! its jst by ma house nd its were me nd all ma m8s meet!! it only has a bench nd a lampost but its gr8!!
The steps at the top of vicarge street that lead up to the vicarage hall is kinda good for getting steamy! The stone, however is rather cold on yer ass so beware!
Boy Racers will find love and happy times burning petrol and tyre rubber around the Market Yard car park.
Skaters will be heaven with two skate parks in town now, one in the Market Yard and the old one in Victoria Park
Metal Heads/Goths/Punks etc various haunts around town and gigs at the Cheese & Grain
the carpark where the market lorries usually park
the market cross is now mended but still remains a hang out for those mindless idiots who broke it in the first place
willow vale,if aged 12-16 with cider in tow.
Quite simply - Maccy D's, car park nr library, bench nr Boots, shop at Stonebridge, the whole Mount estate, Badcox?, or in yer mates red beat-up Astra playing cheese music and being a plebb. Cause there r alot of them in Frome!
I LOVE FROMIES! THE RUDE BOYS RULE!
St Johns Churchyard, always used to be a great spot for some lovin. Plenty of flat spaces!
Metal Heads and Punks-could give the Cheese & Grain ago on gig nights, other than that mingle around and look out for a party, Some of them use The Sun in Catherine Hill.
Boy Racers,Barry Boys etc-Town car parks, Mcguinness Nite club or the Stonebridge Estate most week nights and during term time outside the Codswollop Chippy at Stonebridge.
If you are an East 17-circa-1992 lookalike, then the Stonebridge estate provides an excellent opportunity to do laps, like you're Fiscichella or someone. Remember to have a 12 year old girlfriend and a square head
M+dubs.... this is getting embarassing. Would all the little girls and boys stop gobbing on the cashpoint machine and let the residents get some moular out? Honestly, cant you think of anything else to occupy your time? Don't we have youth groups in Frome?. I wouldnt know however, I never went..... Too busy hanging around M+dubs when I was a wee Whippersnapper. Didnt do me too much harm actually. Bless.

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!
In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor
(the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.
We make no claims as to the accuracy of the information in the Guide - our only purpose is to provide a forum for users to share their knowledge and opinions. So please keep a large bag of salt handy and be prepared to read between the lines!
If you disagree with a comment, or information is out of date, please submit an update! The contributors come from all walks of life, and their opinions are bound to be subjective, so if your view isn't represented, please speak up and contribute to the balance of the Guide. See below in the 'Have Your Say' section for how to add your voice.
If we have helped you out or made you laugh you can buy us a pint.
