Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire Hookup Spots and Stuff Only Locals Know

Hook-up Spots (That hallowed spot where everyone hangs around with their mates dreaming of the time when they can get into the pubs or clubs - a bench, a corner: you name it.)

• Never could hang out in the Bathgrounds when I was a kid due to the fanatical attention of the groundkeeper "pegleg" who chased us off on his tractor many a time! Shame the people using today dont take there cr*p home with them though.
• Diffinetly the bath grounds, has to be the best HOOK-UP spot in Ashby.
• Well, back in the day when i was 13/14 yrs the hotspot was the Batrhgrounds and the back of Royal Hotel with a bottle of cider. ooooh, i went to western park a couple of times for a change but thats where you wanna go to get arrested.
• Not the Bath Grounds, it's full of litter thanks to retards with long hair dragging guitars behind them, just because your bored !
• The church yard is common for dirty smokers on their way to school. The bath grounds is best place, specially for lounging in the summer.
• Ashby has a brand new skate park .forget the halfpipe it got knocked down. Now there is a new wooden half pipe,a few grind rails,a flat bank,funbox and quter pipe.sited right next to hood park lesuire centere
• Sitting on the big grass roller at the back of Hood Park
• Try the Bath grounds, a lot of people organise to meet up there so if you take a walk through you might see someone you know.

• Used to be the knackered old Merry go Round in Hood Park - possibly the most dangerous piece of childrens play equipment ever. More a time than a place but Ashby Statutes(pronounced Statuts)in September when the whole of Maket Street is given over to a Fun Fair is a great time/place to pull.
• The Hole in the Wall used to be a club in Ashby about 15 years ago and is no longer there by name - it has since been Symphonies and is now the Continental!!

• Either on the bench at the top of Market Street, so it's easy to walk through the masses of drunks, vomit and girlies in hotpants on a Friday and Saturday night or around and about Hood Park Leisure Centre! Recently, the new Tesco's supermarket car-park has become a night meeting zone for the Boy Racers.
