Hook-up Spots (That hallowed spot where everyone hangs around with their mates dreaming of the time when they can get into the pubs or clubs - a bench, a corner: you name it.)
Grand central, Bus station and the Stockport SU are the best places to hang out if you want to meet and chill out with people.
old king portwood weekends fun karaoke
A good place to meet up and hang around with your mates is bramhall park.
grand central! the merseyway precinct...thats bout it
outside the off licence by the doctors in heaton norris. 3am, and still usually loadsa scallies there!
'Scallies' tend to hang round grand central and merseyway. Moshers, Skaters, Metalheads, Goths can be found at the spring gardens by the church or around there. Other older moshers are found at the SU and Thatched house :)
Grand Central. Despite the reports of hordes of 12 year old scallies kicking the daylight out of anyone who looks at them, I have to say I've walked through here hundreds of times, day and night, and never had a problem. Although that could be because I look a bit mental meself.
Yekshemesh, i like to party you stockport people. i like to get into taxi and go to grind with the girls but when i get to grand central they have locked the doors to the volts club disco. Man say not tonight you shit and say that i have got wrong night but it was saturday i think. I have to get taxi to my hotel and call other special girls. Tomorrow i go to a place in Marple called Kellys to touch them. While i stay I like to see the Pyramid in the stockport and the railway bridge is so very important to keep car beneath railway. I stay with family in Offerton who like to see the kickball in TV with England and the Beckham. Denise will try to hit Les because he will try to watch TV, it is so very funny. Ha Ha!! When Jordan
does to come home at 3am he say go to smoke some shit in his room. With his friend Derren.
Sally has to go to clinic with the pregnant and have to have a not have it. She is not to do homework while she is in the pregnant with a baby. To keep from not being in Stockport is like a dream. My life is to visit Stockport and see the team score a goal and to do the canoe in the river Merseyway. I like to see the park like the Etherow and biking and to swim in the big water with the waterslides and the armbands also.
Stockport has a good people and they throw water from the window when you cycling past. The people at the Bus station are very good and speak to me all day and don't go to the toilet to do a toilet!ha ha I make joke. Stockport is so good. Thankyou for being nice to me Stockport,Good bye Borat.
Also i still don't know what geek is.
grand central- where all the 'scallies' hang out!
stocky is a pile ov crap
merseyway!!
Stockport used to be such a lovely place to live, it's such a shame it's now full of scallys hanging around the precinct when they should be at school.
all the scallies hang round in grand central, everyone else goes as far away as possible
All over the A6, from the college right down to the hat works.
The park on the A6 past "carpet world" is a favourite spot of my mates for a post pub frolic. Although it is a slight trek from the 192 bus stop in Hazel Grove it is a quality place to take your newly met friend of the opposite sex for a little nookieness.
"Old Granny Lane" is a favourite haunt of amorous couples in cars. The location in Heaton Moor will have to remain a secret as I use it!
Try the bearpit next to the bus station above the river if you are brave enough to challenge the pigeons in their own territory (the stink of the river won't keep them away!)
Grand Central
Grand Central. Absolutely hundreds of teenagers there looking for fights, stealing money off people and trying to get into luckies (erm, no).
The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!
In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor

We make no claims as to the accuracy of the information in the Guide - our only purpose is to provide a forum for users to share their knowledge and opinions. So please keep a large bag of salt handy and be prepared to read between the lines!
