Skateboarding Spots
Cheadle Royal is a great place to start out at skating. It's a pretty new, so is full of new smooth carparks, paths and roads. Some offcies arn't even ocupied yet. There are nice little ramps, small stairs (8 step beign the most) and varied heights of rails. Reccomended not to go on weekdays due to lots of workers and cars about, and sunday the place is pretty much deserted!
Also outside Cheadle royal is Sainsburys and John Lewis which has a huge car park which is never full and smooth. Plenty of curbs and a very nice 4 set stairs.
Sainsburys carpark @ hazel grove its real smooth with nice waxed curbs. watch out for security retards though.
Near argos there is a great car park for tearing down. Jus look out for the blocky white building. Its real smooth with kerbs and a 4 set
An alright spot is the GMB house in cheadle hulme behind tesco express.
there are a couple of big four sets at heaton moor park . also on heaton moor road, infront of some offices there is a nice sized manual box . there are 2 small 3 sets next to toys r us which are good for practicing and learning and there is a pretty big stair set just outside jjb . bones skatepark is near the town hall but is expensive and can get very busy .
i think theres sumwhere called bones but ive never been
Bones skatepark near the police station. The best place used to be on the old garage site on heaton moor road, but it's a damn building site now!

Big 10 set outside Argos next to the high up car park for merseyway, 9 set and big 13 set outside Asda famously kickflipped by Ben Grove (Blueprint), The Fountain - an old fountain which is now a flower pot great ledge for trickin off near Argos opposite Sanjoys Indian Restaurant. St. Johns School, lovely ground perfect benches minimal security round the back of st johns church. Jon Street carpark behind courts - brilliant for groms perfect grounds kerbs galour and a small 3 set many locals learnt to skate there
The area outside the Town Hall side entrance on Edward Street and onto the A6 seems to be popular, but activity is frowned upon.
cheadle royal has some pretty cool car parks n things, dunno whether the securitys moved in or not yet, everyone seems to hang out round bones but theres a few more local (like hazel grove, heald green) spots as well if you ask round
Canal Street. Not very good and expensive but never the less a skateboard spot.
