The Best Things

• Pencoed is now on the map. There is a cashpoint in the village and a Mcdonalds. What more do you want?
• It rains 24/7 so we never have droughts.
• 6 pubs all within 1 minutes walking distance. WWWWOOOOHHHHHHH, Another beer please barman
• Some of the people - Ian, Anthony, Alyn, Parry, Darren, Kev, Helen, Nathan The Old King's Head

The Worst Things

• the bloody bloke in the raliway crossing box im sure he waits for me to come and then puts the barriers down and the train seems to take about 10 minutes to go past whats the f*#king point putting the barriers down so pissing early?
• Everything. To save your car wheels e.t.c, drive through as fast as you possibly can to stop people nicking your wheels, car, shoes.
• The railway line. Especially when you live on the wrong side of it and have to get up 20 minutes earlier in the morning, just in case there happens to be a train coming!! Someone needs to do something about the traffic in Pencoed, like maybe invent cars that fly ver the dreaded railway line!!
• The monument crew, GET A LIFE!!!
• Kids sat in groups on street corners in shell suits ( Very sexy I'm sure ) in the freezing cold ( Well most of the time anyway ) and not even talking to each other half of the time. GO HOME OR TO SOMEONE'S HOUSE YOU SAD INDIVIDUALS.
• Everybody else, no cash point machines, Sunday night (Kareoke night) in the Chatterton Arms

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!

In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor (the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.

We make no claims as to the accuracy of the information in the Guide - our only purpose is to provide a forum for users to share their knowledge and opinions. So please keep a large bag of salt handy and be prepared to read between the lines!
