Sports Clubs and Facilities

• The local rugby club is amazin! an for dance you have a dance studio in the collage which run sum classes an one in East Bridgwater Performin an Visaul Arts college
• The Rugby Club base is the Albion. Splash is a good pool with lots of slides but if you want "proper" swimming then the best pool i ever went to was Quantock Lodge pool in Over Stowey (about 10 miles away). I'm not huge on sport to be honest!!
• Trimwise near ASDA is definately the place to join, just go have a look and you'll see why!!!!! Phwoar
• The Parks gym in Cranleigh gardens is well equipped with friendly staff.

• Bridgwater cricket club got a good bar!! drinks are well cheap!!
• Bridgwater and Albion Rugby club - a social life and on tap eye candy to boot!
• Splash is the only public swimming pool! and there is chilton trinity sports centre! which is in the school grounds of whats now called chilton trinity technology college (but its a secondary school!?!)
• The council are onabout knocking down the 'Splash' to build Tesco's, like we need it now that we have Asda, which is rumoured to be killing the trade in Eastover.
• the slack-jawed locals that play for the "robins", avoid if you have any love at all for football. the only decent players are taunton rejects
• chilton trinity sports center bridgwater football and rugby club(bridgwater and albion)
• Bridgwater is really great if you enjoy pub sports such as euchre, pool, skittles, dartsetc. All have a large following in Bridgwater - most of the pubs have skittle alleys! There is Sunday legue football with most of the pubs having their own team - in fact you will find that there are several sports that do revolve around the pub!
