• Try the New computer shop at the rear of Darrian House its called CTS the bloke knows his stuff and its the cheapest place around for repairs
• IF YOU KNOW ROY ON LORD STREET DONT ASK HIM ANYTHING ABOUT PC'S BECAUSE HE WILL GO ON FOR EVER ABOUT NOTHING AND YOU WILL GET VERY BORED QUICK...
• New Cartridge World just opened up on Market Street for cartridge refills at last. Nice looking shop-you get free coffee and chocolates and the blonde owner is a real hunk !!
• metsys you want to see it now really up market, must be all them rip offs that the bulding owener has done in the past maybe not so thick. ps still here not like traed ex !!
• Check out Asda, otherwise its a trip into Bolton.
• Nemesis on lower end of Market Street - cut price action figures and collectables.
• New cyber cafe near asda, dont got to metzys near the pet shop its daylight robbery and bloke is dumb as fuck.
• Try a charity shop
• WOOLWORTHS ASDA
• most kids got toys from woolworths if posh if not b & m bargains had quite a choice for a quid or the local game pirate PS2 Games only 7 quid
• Karens 3 down the road at Walkden or the place behind the paint shop on Gladstone road..adults only.
• woolworths and asda sell games and variouse video shops
• Trade X Change is the best.
• Salters been going for donkeys years
• Devils work, except for snap and happy puriton families
• Only Trade Exchange and Metsys have any.

LAN Parties, Tournaments, LAN Game Cafes, WiFi Meets, PSP/DS Meets

• lets not speak bad of the dead but thats whats it is dead and of the map
• CyberSurf Internet cafe, organises local gaming parties contact 01204 575999 if you are interested
• well theres a net cafe thats quite handy about the only place where you can lan party.

In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor (the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.
