- 'The Ring' outside woolies - the place where teens will meet up before spending the day hanging about the town. At night they go to Mill Street outside the cinema. Also Cragie Cross, or any of the parks in Perth
- meet wild bill outside the ice factory if u want a fight but be careful he'll be with his sidekick and remember watch u don't get shot like so many huntingtower staff lately
- The south inch car park is awrite for cruisers altough some of the modded cars are pant, there is also a skate park there which seems to be busy all of the time. avoid areas like north muirton and if you are out at night watch out for random groups of drunk 15 year old playin with trollies and wantin to fight everone.

- The steps of the City Hall - Perth's own Glasgow GOMA complete with teenage reprobates and terrorising 'sk8rboiz'
- If you can't skate, hang around outside Waterstone's during the day in what passes for your school uniform. Or sit chain-smoking at the back of Costa comparing piercings and mohicans with your mates. Then take your bottle of Strongbow to the North Inch after dark and get pissed... classy.
- Potter hill gardens undoubtably the place to be
- The North Muirton chippy, many a cold night spent there eating chip rolls wi' broon sauce!

- the monument @ the back of the st johns centre, there will always be at least one mosher there
- The monument outside Waterstones and Olivers - frequented by goth muppets
- The best places to hang around are at the st johns monnie, the north inch monnie, in holdgates the chippy (south street), the ramp and the college.
- If Kappa is your thing, take a bottle of cheap cider to the North Inch playpark anytime after dark and sit back as the locals scream "I'll take of me bra, but I'll no take of me knickers--- unless ye gimmie a drink o' that cider!"
- The North Inch, after midnight where you can see all the pissed-up young ins relieving their carnal frustrations on the million park benches.
- That Bar is pretty poor. strict doormen ? Hardly its alright if you want to hang with the schemes though otherwise head off to another town !!!
- The Goodlyburn Building at Perth College. A great place to cylcle and err..skate

What is Knowhere?
The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!
In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor
(the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.
We make no claims as to the accuracy of the information in the Guide - our only purpose is to provide a forum for users to share their knowledge and opinions. So please keep a large bag of salt handy and be prepared to read between the lines!
If you disagree with a comment, or information is out of date, please submit an update! The contributors come from all walks of life, and their opinions are bound to be subjective, so if your view isn't represented, please speak up and contribute to the balance of the Guide. See below in the 'Have Your Say' section for how to add your voice.
Have Your Say...
The Knowhere Guide depends entirely on real users for information. Please feel free to join in.

You can use the add an event form to tell us about events happening in Perth.
