ROCKY ROAD MUSIC PAHHHHHH, fucking rocky road ripp off, i got an amp there at a good prcie, but when i went to get a guitar, woahhhhhh £510 is the full rrp for the one i wanted, so i mail orderd for my guitar and got it at a sweet £300, James Robb get a fucking job!!! ;)

May well be the only music shop in town, but it still beats the pants off of any big place like Academy of Sound.
They'll get hold of anything for you, and they'll do it at a reasonable price, and supply very good after sales service.
They'll also do you a good bargain and/or throw in a few handy freebies (you can never have too many plectrums or strap locks) if you're spending a fair bit.
I think theres a music instrument shop on rockinham road near the big furniture wearhouse and the bike shop!!
Rocky road is the only one, thats where i get all my stuff from cause there aint bollocks else.

ROCKY ROAD BABY YEAH, is the comment that you hear from a lot of musicians in corby but the truth is, IT'S FUCKIN' SHITE, they charge £32 for a set of bass strings.......BASS STRINGS!! the guitars and basses aren't guarenteed to be new (i have witnessed a few "minor adjustments" to the instruments) the good guy in the shop, and quite a wizard on guitar has to be Mr. Joe Green, well done Joe!

Rocky Road Music, go along and sample impromptu performances of many rock classics in compilation form. Kneel in front of guitar gods as they all do a rendition of smoke on the whole lotta stairway to ace of paranoid sweet child of the head cutting rag from crossroads corronation street at 100 watts. Marvel at the local guitarists'command of the frettbuzz blues, stand and listen in awe at the most rapid sweep picking 5/8 step bending,reaching notes & tones that could only ever have previously been heard on a bontempi Rolf Harris maxiluxe organ with pitch bend on full octave resolution with flat batteries. Marvellous!

Well there is of course a good point in corby, Iain Wetheralls premier studios, i m sure that most people have commented on this, hes a wicked producer. But dont go to Rocky Road Music shop, they can fuck right off. They are a bunch of tossers they think they know it all, just cos they work in the only guitar shop.
