• Charity shops everywhere!!!its a nightmare!there is a "new look", "select", "ethel austin", "seconds ahead", " gwyn richards sports" and "glad rags". appart from the last to shops all of the others are in most towns."Gwyn Richards sports" is quite crap....where as "Glad Rags" sell very fashionable clothes but are mega expensive!

• dont even bother trying to look for cloths there is more shops in a desert than in maesteg your better off in swansea or cardiff
• there is a really good shop for clothes in neath called the cobra..They sell levi's and cool clothes for shit hot drop dead prices..example-levi's times 2 = £22 for them both wow..secondhand but reconditioned good for those cool students who kick ass

• well theres woolworths or a small shop called maesteg quick print. maesteg is a big piece of art any way, all of the youngsters seem to paint the town

• Llynfi youth focus in the Bowrington arcade offers arts and crafts activities after school and on Saturday mornings.
