Filey, North Yorkshire Hookup Spots and Stuff Only Locals Know

Hook-up Spots (That hallowed spot where everyone hangs around with their mates dreaming of the time when they can get into the pubs or clubs - a bench, a corner: you name it.)

• Plantys house (chilli Kebab)
• any street with a corner and bench big enough to fit half a dozen local toe rags on, as long as the police can see them smoking their weed and drinking their white lightening cider at 50p a gallon.
• the foords should be called a garage cos so much "wheeling" and dealing goes on there it puts ESSO to shame
• Try the Foords pub for a good meeting place..many a wheeling and dealing done in the back alley or gents toilets!! all above board of course Kath wouldnt liek it any other way
• The post box at the side of the 'BOB SHOP' on Clarence Drive
• bus station, chapel corner
• It will depend on who you are hook up as to where you hook up, Old people usually vandalise the bus station while the teenagers sit quietly on the promenade doing nothing but look at the view.
• Primrose Valley Holiday Village seems to be the place to go if you want a quick one... full of up and ready, under age, desperate saddo's, and the Haven Mates highly ammusing competition! You have to go there at least once for the comedy value.
• ON TOP OF THE STATION AVENUE GASOMETER WITH PLANTY EATING A CHILLI KEBAB
• Anywhere cold and wet - get a life!
• well if you miss the odd drunk in the local bus shelters you can always find them outside the local cheapo off licenses drinking equally cheapo white meths or its equivalant
• a good spot is the bus stop at about 2:30am most sunday mornings. you can often find a young man named kenzie. you'll reconize him due to the lamb chops stuck to the side of his face and a scary tuft(almost hand like)of hair stuck to his head.tell him softy sent you and he will show you the contents of his car boot,a rear delight for all erb smokers.kenzies dwarf side kick is a total psyco and should be kept well clear of. he is known as lee(the hitman)cook and once had a four day arguement which ended with cookie falling to sleep muttering somthing about there been more meat on a pig than a badger. these two charectors make the bus stop a worth while spot to visit and thats not even mentioning briggsy(the cyclops). a rare delight!!!!
• Wednesday at Safeways when all the special offers come out ... watch out for the wezzies and geriatrics..you will get crushed in the stampede
• If you want to see the local drunks ...try visiting these places at 6am ..most have been to either Smarts orSight and Sound for cans of special brew ..try seeing them in the bus shelter opposite the bus station or in the one in Deepdene Grds ..mind the eptys tho !!!!!
• Any of the Shelters on the seafront, the one in Glen Gardens with glassless windows, & the one near the Station Ave roundabout - all perfect for wiling away the hours with some mates & a 2 litre bottle of Omega.
• The Sun Lounge??!!
• The bus station is the obvious choice
• In the summer, all the underages stagger along the beach to Primrose Valley the Haven holiday park to get laid. Watch out lasses theres a competition on every summer and by the time the local lads reach the age of consent theyve shagged 50 girls and are crawling with every disease under the sun.
• The chapel corner The bus station as well, but this is now under the watchful eye of the cops at Scarborough, on the new CCTV.

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!
