Also go to fezzy park is you are a lonely 22 year old who can't get a girl and have a half decent car. Its also a good place for the occasional drive by gangster style shooting.

• Norton Park,I live near Norton Park and i have helped to raise alot of money to do it up...if you look now you will find that it has been all done up....and by the way this site is great...brought tears to my eyes...

• Central Forest Park. Several acres of slag heap turned, ingeniously, into parkland by topping the slag with turf. Which then died. And showed the slag underneath. Still officially a park but sitting in some blurry borderland between a slag heap and somewhere 10-year olds discover the bodies of dead smack-heads. Whilst being followed by sweating paedophiles in tracksuits.

• The pissheads that live in Stoke all seem to congregate on the benches opposite Argos in Hanley. Deep breaths in this area are to be avoided or suffer the infectious intoxication. The little black man, who always walks around carrying a can of beer must be avoided at all costs. He'll talk to you and won't let you get away. If you do get away, you'll be called a bastard.
• Yeah, its Smack-head city on broadway MEIR! Outside Rileys in hanley at about 4:00am on a sunday morning just after everyones come out of the VOID, dont know why they cant go to sleep though!?

In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor (the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.
