• fenton manor sports complex is good. if youre a student you can get discounts too!! or even free sessions in some lessons.
• The university is your best bet of anything sporty, lots of evening activities
• Moorland Skirmish paintball in Bucknall what a pisser, and a good time was had by all! cheers!!!!
• soccer. stoke or vale (people kill over this shit)
• Port vale - hamil road, burslem - second division footy team. Burslem n hanley parks and Tunstall park - thts sposed to have sum skate n bmx obsticles
• Brittania Stadium Vale Park (ahem Wank)
• DANCING SCHOOLS ARE EXCELLENT
• Total Fitness, Newcastle - don't go there if you're fat and don't want to look out of place because they're all skinny, tanned little bints and blokes who practically walk into the walls trying to get a look at themselves in the mirrors!!
• Britannia Stadium the biggest white elephant in the Midlands
• Port Vale FC - the only real football team in the area. Stoke City - the team still living in 1972 seeing as they've done f*** all since then. Crewe Alex who only associate with Vale and Stoke 'cause they have too much competition in Cheshire. Neither Vale or Stoke really care about them though.
• The good ladies in Cobridge keep the men of Stoke fit - for a small fee.
• the lido, fenton, excellent for skinny dipping!!
• Stoke City Football Club and Port Vale Football Club. Stoke Potters Speedway team.
• Water world on festival park! Fenton manor do loads of stuff!
• Only 1 team in Stoke, and that's the mighty potters, S.C.F.C!!

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!

In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor (the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.
