• Used to be the shelter by the toilets at pages park, that was until it start smelling worse than the toilets.   
• Wheatsheaf good pub plenty of live bands, you can't go wrong   
• Tesco Extra...used to be Dillans, much better then!

• The bench near the main canal crossing on the canal bank...Watch out for mad boatmen though.   
• All the parks (The Rec near the High Street, the one by the station). Market cross on the High Street. This is now less widely used.

In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor (the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.
