I think Somerfield has a cardboard stand where you might be able to buy "Classic Motown" or "Hits of The Eighties"
Clubs (Dance Music) and Music Bars
da undaground!!!!!!!(yeah right)
A local duo that go by the names od DJ Goose and MC Hend have made some right belting tunes. Oh no here we go rocking with the Sarah Lowe. Don't give up the day job boys. They do deserve credit for making there tunes in the granny flat area of Coleshill.
cloisters and the norton for the karaoke lovers, chilled out general drinking-the coach or harvester. everywhere is over 21's at the moment though-ITS NOT AMERICA!
The Undaground at the Coleshill Hotel
ha ha ha.. the coleshill hotel and the swan do some dance nights..
the cameo (previously mentioned) holds the best and funniest parties. . in this place the sane see dancing as a spectator sport. request Beautiful (christina A) and watch the action!
the coleshill hotel used to do a good friday night line up but they have gone all middle aged and borin and stopped it.if there is anything else to not be able to do in coleshill we are all gonna fossilise.and my dad is gettin so fed up of being down that petrol station!.
THE IS ALWAYS THE SWAN
There is the swan which is a place for people 2 get dressed up on the high dstreet on a weekend and its still just a pub, personly i prfer da coach because of its BREW XI!
The Coleshill Hotel's Cameo suite holds a Thursday night extravaganza of soft drink and Steps especially for 14-17 year olds.
The Swan also has a DJ come in every weekend, and there is a small area of wooden flooring, laughably called a dancefloor. The night goes down spectacularly well, however, due to the famous riot which took place outside and spread to the nearby HSBC steps and chipshop, the establishment now has a 21 and over door policy. And some notoriously heavy-handed bouncers to enforce it.
Also worth mentioning is the Social Club's "Line Dancing Disco", an occasional Fridat night event.
Live Music Venues
the peppermill on sundays
Soniquella+62 pennies.check em out
The Swan. A few local duo and solo musicians play on a Tuesday night.
some play in the swan... or rugby club have once a year gigs with good bands,
the coach has many bands well worth checkin out, namely Grandscope, SamsonMoonies10MinuteRide, High Score and occaisionally we are blessed with The Splendid
Soniquella-ashley shaw and stephen blackmoore's band-competed in the birmingham battle of the bands-there are a few others too-i just cant remember their name's! and i think jake hartley is in a band too.
one local band held a few gigs at the rugby club but they've moved on to bigger and better things
The Town Hall sometimes plays host to amateur bands (we mean trumpets etc. - that kind of band)
The Social club probably does something, but it is true that the middle-aged ladies of Coleshill enjoy a good line-dancing knees-up every week. Occasionally joined by the odd teenager, who is likely to either be on heroin or a social outcast despised by their peers.
The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!
In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor
(the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.
We make no claims as to the accuracy of the information in the Guide - our only purpose is to provide a forum for users to share their knowledge and opinions. So please keep a large bag of salt handy and be prepared to read between the lines!
If you disagree with a comment, or information is out of date, please submit an update! The contributors come from all walks of life, and their opinions are bound to be subjective, so if your view isn't represented, please speak up and contribute to the balance of the Guide. See below in the 'Have Your Say' section for how to add your voice.
If we have helped you out or made you laugh you can buy us a pint.
Have Your Say...
The Knowhere Guide depends entirely on real users for information. Please feel free to join in.

This is also the method to use if you want to correct some of the information already here.
(But please remember you're not mailing the person who actually wrote whatever-it-is.)
You can use the add an event form
to tell us about events happening in Coleshill.
Or, if you'd just like to leave a message for other users of this site, take a look at The Knowhere Board (handy if you're just trying to get in touch with someone).
