• game - dear though and smells like feet gamestation - cheap with loads of stuff for old and new game playing things :S

• Well there's Game, Gamestation and HMV. There's also places like WH Smiths and Woolworths. Asda and Tesco even do consoles, games, accessories these days. There isn't a lot of difference between them really - and they still all lose out to online retailers.

• What about opening 24/7 internet cafe, that will serve coffee, soft drinks, pies, cakes & sandwiches. The ideal location should be near the police station and in the center of town. If the Tech college was smart (instead of loosing all that money)they would open one in their buildings.
• The Netport Cafe is the local internet cafe - they take games really seriously, and host a regular Counter-Strike league. Highly reccomended. If you're antisocial, go down to Game in the shopping centre to stock up.

• Game, and yes...Alan's although it only sells extreme sports games ie Tony Hawk and cool boarders

• The boutique kicks bottom ( plus its the only one).
• Only one place - LAS VEGAS! Gorf and Pheonix were the best!
• Electronics Boutique, friendly staff and they a Laura croft from a Tiberian Sun.
• Virgin again by far the best, after that try Electronics Boutique, or if you are really desperate Dixons.
• There is one in the presinct called Gamezone or something like that. Anyway, there is an assistant there called Joanne and she is drop dead gorgeous. By the way if Joanne is reading this, then don't worry you know who I am!!!

• theres that silly thing on greenfields road int there errr used to be called netport and painted green cybernetrix i think
• There's that Internet Cafe/Game Cafe on Greenfield Road. I forget exactly where it is but I think it's opposite Express Computers. It may be further up. The only LAN Party I know about is ClanLan. I'm not sure if it's still a regular thing but it's held in the Old Naval building by Mill Street Doctor's Surgery. Google for it.

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!

In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor (the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.
