• Quaker Bridge is a top place to hang about and always has been. It's great if you fancy a fight or getting stabbed or maybe even getting lucky with a teenage slapper who's probably already got a couple of kids! The shops off Somerset Road behind Wentworth is a local meeting place for scallies now too.   
• Morrison's car park or Eccles Rec.   
• In Eccles centre for adults it is mainy Church Street, but the younger ones tend to meet up on Eccles Rec. West of the Canal in Peel Green there are not really many hook-up spots, the younger ones round this end of Eccles tend to meet up on Godfrey Ermen Park(Patricroft Rec) or 'Goddies' as its known locally.   
• A good hook-up spot in Sunny old Eccles is Church Street, the main walkway through the town centre. Here you will find many public houses for your delight, be warned though, it can get a tad bit hairy at weekends......watch out for the ones in stripy jumpers with salford accents especially.

• eccles is great because its one of the very few places in the country you can buy a bottle of vodka at half seven in the morning. and if there was a drinking olympics i'm sure eccles would be a medal contender so says ant ripley.   
• Eccles Rec/Eccles park - a place to meet the young (13-20) locals and get plastered on bottles of lambrella and cans of kezzy supa, and then suddenly having to 'get off' coz the dibble are raidin the place. That spot outside the off licence on liverpool road opposite the mosque, also a place you see loads of teenyboppers gettin off their faces, prepared to smash a bottle over you if you look at 'em the wrong way.   
• Church Rd. Opposite the Hare and Hounds pub. Come and get abused by the local drunks. Get mugged by the local yobbos for your cheapo mobile that you get free from Carphonewarehouse.   
• Next to morrisons is gettin more skaters try it out this summer
