Skateboarding Spots

• Leigh on sea skateplaza to commence construction April 2008. I though Rad didn't start till mid to late eighties ? There was a lot of pictures from Rampage skate park leigh on Sea made it into there though.
• in old leigh by this pub there is a double two stair. go to chalkwell park, it has a free outdoor skatepark, two three stairs and some ledges
• If you guys are struggling for tarmac and ramps why not try moving onto dirt - MOUNTAIN BOARDING?!!
• leigh on sea, next to the station, the sk8 park, inevitably shut down! sorry guys!

• Next to railway station: Commercial ramp park. 9-10 ramps plus street area. Safety equipment required but available for hire. Entry fees vary Phone was 01702 714030. Very big, wide vert ramp to scare you, plus bowl to give you a different ride and multi-spine/hip/wall-ride complex. Ramps now metalled. Big floodlight. Opening hours very erratic and scene quiet during winter of 92/3. Taken over by skaters summer 94.

• Yeah sure, theres a lot of places in southend to do some premium boarding, but you need a place to get a board right? Then why not try 'Jelly Mumbos' along london road. They sell stuff like boards, dc shoes, sacks and clothes, why not check in out, its the only descent shop like that around anyway.
