Modern Music have now been taken over by Dawsons, a bigger chain, so maybe we'll get some better discounts thanks to better buying power. Guitar Village is in Farnham (along with Stagebeat) not Fleet, Kingfisher is in Fleet. Both have websites.

do NOT go to modern music. they treated me like i was dumb when i went in there for a guitar string just because im a girl, and they were all looking at me weirdly too..just dont!!

I think there's one next to the fruit and veg shop at the top of Mulfords Hill but I could be wrong...

Swervjam studios in the centre of basingstoke, great place the guys are friendly and they don't charge to much. They also hire sound,lighting and staging equipment. Our gig was great.
