• queens hotel on kings road 30 quid a night bit odd though
• I reccoment the Brighton hilton Metropole!
• Lion & Lobster - 35 quid a night and a good ol' boozer underneath
• We Stayed at the Brighton Charter Hotel for a hen night. The rooms were pretty basic, but they were clean which did the trick! the staff were really friendly and even organised a stripper for the hen. The bar was open late for residents which meant our night went on past the club's closing! Would definately reccomend it for a fun weekend on a budget.
• Not with me.Why do people assume if you live by the sea you'd be glad to put them up?? even when it's blatantly obvious you barely have room to swing a cat! Find somewhere you can camp: like a camping site is my advice. Or, alternatively, see if the universities will rent out their accommodation to you when students go home for end of the year. This is usually the policy of British universities who have accommodation on campus.
• Hi Guys, Me and a group of my mates came to brighton over the Bank Holiday Weekend and stayed in the Brighton Charter Hotel. The rooms were cheap, it was in a great location and the bar staff were so much fun and kept the bar open til 5am for us! We had such a great time and will definately be going back. Give it a go! Cheers!

The Knowhere Guide started out as a list of places to skateboard in the UK. It is a compilation of (unedited) information and views supplied by users like yourself. It is not a conventional tourist guide!

In most cases, the information in each section has been submitted by more than one contributor (the credits at the bottom of the page list some, but not all, of the contributors) and some of it dates back to the 1970s.

We make no claims as to the accuracy of the information in the Guide - our only purpose is to provide a forum for users to share their knowledge and opinions. So please keep a large bag of salt handy and be prepared to read between the lines!
