- The bastille
- well they have fucking ass raped the theatre now.....
- my favourite building is his majesty's theatre which i have fond memories of as a child and love going back there now to, so so welcoming and filled with warmth.
- There is some beautiful architecture on Union Street as all the shops are in old Victorian buildings, next time you're walking down the street doing a little bit of shopping look up, and realise just how many of the trendy High Stret stores are sporting towers, turrets and the likes. Favourite building would be the Marischal college, it's the real jewel in the crown of Aberdeen's architecture, sadly though it's fallen into a state of disrepair, and needs some serious work done to restore it. The Sherrif court is a beautiful building as well.
- The Monkey House on union Street used to be an insurance office but is now a pub. Everyone used to meet on the corner by the monkey house now they meet inside.
- The big gothic-y building that you pass on the way to the Lemon tree.
- I'll be boring and say: marischal college. class bit of architecture though. Robert Gordons College also looks nice for a school...(I'm not a pupil btw)
- Marchall College so much architecture in it.
- The Exhibition Centre new Face lift
- the sally-army citadel is great on castlegate. and its just like a castle (handy name really)
- the whole of belmont street just looks like the perfect sorta underground kind of place,
- Any bar on belmont!
- the court!great place bus stops there where u can get a quick pull before you go home!!
- Go to Albert Terrace in Queens Cross or Golden Square and have a look at the buildings there. Mostly Georgian, all expensive, but very nice.
- Sizzlers - how fine is the food in there?!?!?! CHIPS AND BEANS YUM
- the old pound-stretcher building - oh when that went up in smoke the jokes were endless.
- the church.... you know what im talking about :)
- Marischal College - Amazing mock gothic building that stands in the shadow of the incredibly ugly St. Nicholas House. The museum housed within is also worth a look and entry is free
- The architechture college in Garthdee.
- ST MACHAR CATHEDRAL BEAUTIFUL IN THE FALL
- The Rosemount Centre for Complementary Therapies. Looks much like a public toilet architectionally but wow! Inside much different!! Check it out, reiki, shiatsu, homeopathy and more.
- The outside of Archibald Simpson's is cool
- Belmont cinema and TOKER'S CHURCH!
- The priory church
- MIAMI BEACH!!! The new extension superb at night with neon fish tanks - excellent entertainment grand piano and everything furnished in white gr8t night out!!!
- The John Lewis building is so tackily seventies - its fantastic.
- None - they're all grey!!
- Some of the buildings on Union Street are beautiful if you take the time to look up above the shop fronts, all manner of towers and turrets and cool stuff. Some great architecture. Also some beauties on the way down towards the train station via Bridge Street.
- St Machar Cathedral
- THE RGU BUSINESS SCHOOL, LOOKS REALLY NICE!
- The Asda at the retail park just before you leave Aberdeen to head back south down the A90. You can get a cracking breakfast for £3.50, and get straight on the road out of Aberdeen back to civilisation.
- KINCORTH ACADEMY - AND PIGS MAY FLY
- A the bonny towers above the shops on Union Street
- Marischal College.Quite stunning.
Kings College.
- the top of the car park at the harbour is a good place to go if u wanna get horny with someone. secluded and a good view of the city.
- Aberdeen Town House and the Sally Army Building, Scotia Disney in the making.
- Marichal College
Gents bogs at Union Terrace are a tiled Victorian pissers palace, now sadly closed up due to short sighted councils cuts. Desperate Aberdonians now pee down the closed up bog steps!
- The Arts Centre is the best theatre in Northern Scotland, but for sheer beauty it's His Majesty's every time.
- The Wagner complex.
Its got a lift.
- Aberdeen Grammar School. Byron, grass, hidey holes, young birlds.
- Marschall College is stunning.
- Marishal College.....Fekin travesty if they consider making it into a hotel!!!!
- The 24hour Shell garage on Holburn Street. My only food supply!!
- Just sittin in the gardens, lookin at the back of Belmont Street, butiful
- The Moorings Bar
- Slains Castle is a very attractive building. There draught lager is fucking minging though.
- The Odeon Cinema on Justismill Lane is the best example of a classic art deco building in the city. Tak a look at it from a distance to see how splendid it is.
- The BT building
- St Machar Cathedral - and any other building on the Chanonry for that matter
- Bam-pots
- Marischal College - 2nd biggest granite building in the world
- A rather splendid piece of architecture - despite being hated by every person in Garthdee - is the Aberdeen Business School, part of Robert Gordon University.
