  • George is out of the dark ages, just like the pipes which carry the infected ales! Harp is probably the best I am very tall though and get very merry so get knocked out by the ceiling lots. Bull is getting better. Castle is actually not that bad but never go and the Bee is poo, Gwyndy getting better again now the scal's have gone elsewhere!!

  • Too many!
  • Too many!
  • I have got to coment on the pubs - George and Dragon - Gone downhill all the way, no sexy ladies or blokes, no sexy bar staff anymore and not very many customer! Harp - Best place on a Sat night, young peoples pub always full of friendly people, sexy bar staff and nice beer! Gwindy, not as gay as everyone thinks, Jamie is funny and camp behind the bar, fantastic Karoke on a sat night! Bee - Stay away! Pen y Bont - Stay away if you value your face the way it is! The Bull - Under new managment, weel worth a visit if youve not been for a while, friendly lively atmosphere! Start in the Harp then the George, quick one in the Bee then a short in the Bull and off to the Gwindy to spend the rest of your night, my route to midnight!
  • The George and Dragon on the corner of Market St and Chapel St is probably the most popular venue although the local Rugby Club drink there. Landlord a bit of a misery though.
  • *Best pub in town has got 2 be the George.Good place if u want 2 pull , or if u want 2 watch the Rugby. *Gwindy pool table is the best place if u want 2 meet the scalies of town. *Worst pub by far is the Bull, but if u are after a quiet game of pool then this is the place 2 come , even if u cant drink the larger!!. *The Hesgith has now shut down.
  • George and Dragon is by far the best pub. At it's best when us students come back from Uni. George is also the best if your on the pull.
  • the George and Dragon is a hang out for the rugby club so if any fiesty girls need a seeing to just pop along
  • The best pub in town is the George and Dragon. On a saturday it rocks and if you want you bed to rock ask for any of the rugby players
  • Gwyndy Pool Room - Hang out for all the Gay young people of the town!
  • The pool table in the George on a Friday night is a gambling den to match the best - just watch Mike's dodgy partnership tricks.
  • Hesketh Arms.
  • Of all the pubs in Abergele you have only mentioned the worst one.
  • Until now! All in Market St. unless otherwise stated
    • The Bee - Oldies pub with live organ playing on friday and Saturday nights.
    • The Harp - Small but friendly pub, popular with locals.
    • The George & Dragon - base for Abergele Rugby Club and popular with the younger pubgoers.
    • The Bull - Llanfair Rd, miss this one out!
    • The Gwindy - recent refit but again, an oldies pub.
    • Pen-Y-Bont - used to be a Biker's pub until burnt down, now a tidy pub but only busy on weekends.
    • Hesketh Arms
    • The Castle - local's pub on way to Pensarn
    • Kinmel Manor - Hotel/pub
    • Kinmel Arms - just outside Abergele in St. George
  • The Bee is a quiet pub but its also full of Welsh speakers as is the Bull where all the young Welsh speakers drink.
  • Hesketh- Great! Get pissed, then have a fight! Pen-y-Bont- Well priced beer, pitty about the clientel. Gwyndy- Have a Stella and chat to some old people. George and Dragon- Nice atmosphere pitty about the beer aye Danny! Harp- If your over 5'10" don`t bother. Bee- Hmm! Interesting to say the least. (Ouch! J.W. Lees) The Bull- If you`ve got any sense don`t bother.
