Cheap Food
- KFC is fantastic as always, Wimpy is ok, new Indian restaurant Mystica is very posh and always packed. Chinese restaurant Beijing is nice as well - definitely recommended!
- tescos. about 26 fast food joints
- STATION ROAD IS LINED WITH A HUGE VARIETY OF INDIAN, CHINESE, FISH N CHIP.. TAKE AWAYS. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FISH N CHIP SHOP.
- tesco breakfast, they are tasty as. you will see a big sign saying tesco in the highgstreet its extremely hard to miss unless you are blind or something.
- Many small places in the town sell bargain priced food poisening in a box- sorry "take-away meals"
- The kebab shop is good for salmonella poisoning

- GET AN ALL DAY FRY-UP FROM TESCOs... DIRTY AS YOU LIKE BUT WELL CHEAP AND WELL NICE.
- JB's takeaway was, and still is, owned by soul legend James Brown. He bought it while on a UK tour in 1963, and appeared at nearby Walton Hop. He takes no part in the day to day management of the shop, which is not surprising as he spends so much time in America!
- Loads of takeaways, India sit down, two (I think) chinese sit downs, the Fortune Inn being the best as the is on the verge of moving from half way down Station Road to the top of Station Road. The others I've listed above. Oh, there is a Kebab/Chip shop on High Street and another chinese chip shop on High street. The best Chinese take away is on Green Lane - The Kwok Lai, they have a vegetarian menu.
- Quite a selection here....Wimpy, JB's takeaway (burgers & chinese) American Fried Chicken,Kebab Grill, Fish & Chips shop (the silver something?!)Pizza Place (cant remember which franchise)Plus at least 3 indian takeaways & 2 indian restaurants 1 chinese restaurant. So spoilt for choice eh?
