- Theres lots of sport facilites, theres a few sport centres and the equipment is virtualy unused as most folk from airdrie put a lot of effort into being lazy and fat.
- There's a sports centre, but it's falling apart. The swimming pool's actually not too bad, but I prefer the Time Capsule in neighbouring Coatbridge. Don't bother with the pool with the waves and stuff though, it's jam-pcked at the best of times. The normal pool's much better.
- Rawyards Sports Centre is crap, but it's all we've got. The swimming pool is okay, actually, and generally not too crowded, as the ned population go to the Time Capsule (or 'Timey') for their entertainment.
- A new pool hall has just opened ,called "CUE HERE" it is in hallcraig street and with 7 top quality tables ensures a good night for players of all levels

- Airdrie Sport and Leisure Centre has everything but a sauna and a pool. For those facilities you must attend John Smith Swimming Pool which isn't too shabby for an Airdrie-based facility.
