The Worst Things
- More like "London on Sea" than a suffolk costal town, crawling with weekenders who drive all the young suffolk people out with inflated house prices.
- Aldeburgh is without doubt the shittest place in Suffolk.It claims to be the jewel in the crown of the Suffolk coast but in reality it ranks a distant fifth, if that. Its full of the worst kind of people; holiday home tourists who went to public school and think they own the place and you.
- STUCK UP LONDONER'S WHO THINK THEY CAN PARK ANYWHERE!!
- LEAVING, AFTER A LONG WEEKEND!!!
- That awful lump of iron set on the beach in memory of Benjamin Britten
- The stony beach, the biting wind and Sizewell B nuclear power station just a stones throw away.
- All the Snooty London 'Weekenders' who brought / rent a house and then think they own the place and run over the locals
THEY'RE EVERYWHERE
- Visitors who come and expect us locals to be grateful for their very presence.
Hooray Henrys and Hello Nigels who visit once a year and think they own the place.
- As already stated, Aldeburgh is a sleepy town. Only go if you are looking for a quiet country get-a-way.
- no way you can hide - see the same faces every day. Quite an aging population
- its a place stuck in the thirties, ridiculously expensive
