- Lounge Bar (jam night! all genres, but mainly heavy, thursdays from 7:30, drums and mic available!)
- The Star Inn, Bentworth. Great bands play on a Friday night (predominantly blues based), Jam night on a Sunday and an acoustic jam night 2nd Wed of the month. It's a cool place.
- Barley Mow, mainly rock bands, which infiltrate to York Mews so the Ashley court residents don't even have to move from their front rooms! How cool is that????

- Pubs do do music occassionaly, White Horse springs to mind- although not with much joy.
