- Alwinton is a lovely quiet village with a pub sometimes two pubs, it is a popular place to start off a walk into the Cheviots. It is near to Rothbury which should be listed on your site but isn't, that's why i'm writing about Alwinton, in the hope that you'll write something about Rothbury.
