• likeing crisp n dyes oops fry at the mo their fresh ground coffee is out of this world! shame about the prices though! and those seats once your on them there no escaping they are chronic!
• The Belash no longer exists its now the Sunderband an excellent Indian restaurant. The Lantern is now better than before now being more bistro like with the biggest menu in town great value for money good quality & licensed. The Cats whiskers has also gone being replaced by an excellent balti takeaway

• any one of the bakers will sell you gone off dry food...STALE
• crusty stale and very unfresh,,,,,,,,
• rat ridden flea holes.....
• the choice is there if you want it but usally all stale and crusty around the edges,

• keep well away from cats whiskers- young kids working there just out of skool who dont wash their fingers before making your tea or sausages, eggs beans- it makes my stomache turn just looking at their stodge
• Dont go to cats whiskas theres laods of kids always miching hear from school and they have shit prices
• The greasy spoon in the arcade. Food unremarkable but the regulars dish out good goss, always good for a laugh.
• Ammanford is the Cafe and Bakery capitol of the new world. Long may she reign!

• hmm! well there are a few - infact theres loads- turn right or left - WHEREVER you are and you'll find one - they're run down and out of date but they're very friendly if you like that sort of thing : there is a decentish one run by jenkins - its next to woolies.
• the lantern is nice, but they use full fat milk. old cross does nice food, jenkins has the nicest cream cakes
• Jenkins have just opened a new coffee shop. Great!!! Now we can all go down and spend a massive amount of money on a custard slice and then get accused of being noisy Amman Valium kids!!!!
• Aplenty. Try Natareens - cack name, good stuff. Avoid the Lantern like the plague - or you may catch it.
• Ammanford has the highest Bakery density in the world! Within two hundred square metres there are no less than five bakeries! Shop around for the best prices.
• Quite a few, but only old women who love themselves go there.
