• only to basingstoke, andover cinema shut down
• AH dude, it werent the ritz but back in my teens which was only 10 years ago.the cinema in Andover was cool. Still most of the time i travelled to Basingstokes as they had a huge place.Alot more nicer. Has more leg room , Andovers cimena smelt of puke most of the time. It was cramped up smell hole.
• Alas!!!! The Savoy Cinema is no more - go to Basingstoke where you can see the favourite film of the moment while your lap groans under the weight of hot-dogs, nachos, popcorn and "Oh My God I'm Going To Drown" sized soft drinks. It's big enough for the queues to be reasonable at all times and you can book online. What more could you want? Alright - have a Ben & Jerry's too, if you must!
• Go to london to see films - have a day out. Andover stinks.
• The other half of flicks nightclub is a state of the art 60s style uniplex picture house.
• Cinema? What cinema? Andover doesn't have one anymore cos it was so bloody crap! Basingstoke's an excellent one which is close by or Salisbury's got quite a good one.
• The Savoy Cinema Closed about a Year Ago!(2001) Andover has no cimema now (2002)

• Andovers Closed Cinema is now home to hundreds of Pigeons and their droppings.
• Dont be stupid Andover is not that good. Our only cinema closed down to extend the only nightclub. Wonderful. More room for drunkun squaddies with peadophilic tendancies.
• Andover has mo Cinema as the nightclub have turned it into a smirnoff ice warehouse!
• None!! The Savoy was shit due to the fact that you never saw a film that had just been relased.. it closed in 2000 and they just managed to get hold of Back to the future!!
• The best nearest Cimena is The warner village in Basingstoke. If you can't get there by car, then the bus goes there direct, or the train (though you have to walk for 30 mins from the station).Did I mention that theres also a Swimming pool with lots of big tube stides(its being built right now, should be finished in April 2002) and Ice skating and Bowling, all near the cinema.
• There was a cinema in Andover but it closed down because it wasn't making enough money.There is a place where you can go bowling it is callled breakers.this is situated above or next door to Wilkinsons.
• Have to go to Southampton / Basingstoke if you want to go to the cinema in comfort.

• There used to be the Savoy but it closed cos no-one went there.

• The Savoy Cinema is now closed - at last! Warner Village basingstoke is loads better and is only a bus ride away. (get a bus to West Park Lesure Centre, cost about a fiver)
• Flicks cinema (same name as the town's only club) is almost always several weeks behind the cinemas in Basingstoke or Salisbury.
• Andovers cinema smells of urine
• It's fine on a wet winters afternoon, otherwise GO TO BASINGSTOKE
• In Andover there is a motto, if Barry Norman says it's good then go and see it in Basingstoke, if he says it's crap, then get it on video, if your doing the dirty on your misses and you need a low profile deserted location for a spot of knooky after dark, then Savoy Cinema London Street is your place.
