• All you townies should get a life and stop sitting around smoking,staring at girls arses and shouting in a yobbish manner at people who have done nothing to offend you.

• Moved on most of the Winos a few still about though...
• there was rob the bus man who drove an imaginary bus, but now he's dead. Run over by a bus, oh the irony.
• OCCASIONALLY THE TOWN DOES HAVE THE ODD BUSKER OR BAND PLAYING, BUT THE LOCAL BOBBIES SOON PUT PAY TO THE ENTERTAINMENT AND MOVE THEM ON..........LET THEM PLAY, IT FREE ENTERTAINMENT AND ITS LIVENING THE TOWN UP.
• Ah ther used to be a guy, that looked like gary moore, down in charlton, me and my mate Chris Hendry used to ask him to sing us a song, he used to sing a song called "THE FREEZE" damn it was funny, when he sung it his body convulsed, it was a cross between a SPASM and a DRY HEAVE. LOL good song though LOL he gave Jimmi hendrix a run for his money, even if he did only have 4 strings on this guitar.
• The weird man that rides around on town all day bolt upright ringing his bell, and at night stands at watches Tv through the window of the electrics shop. That's all I can think of. Oh and Dancing boy. PLain sick he is. That's all I can say....If you know Andover you know Dancing boy.....

• There used to be a few drunks who slept in the small piece of "Beautified" land between the HSA building and the river, by a wavy bench-thing with poetry on it. They are a great example of the council trying hard, and failing miserably. "Eccentrics" in Andover are frequently thus because of the chemicals they have recently inmjected into their arms. There used to be a woman who wandered into Burton Menswear just before closing every now and again, reeking of Malibu and trying to buy jeans, shirts etc for her son (whose size seemed to change weekly). She never actually made a decision and bought anything!
• No buskers, due to the Andoverian's enjoyment of "Busker Beating"
• Few space cadets normally sat by town river
• If you do see any, pelt a 2p piece and try getting it between their eyes, hours of entertainment, I can assure you!
• There are these funny chinese men with little wire scultures. And some funny people with pan pipes.
• Thankfully, the preachers (Plymouth Brethren) that used to stand in the shopping centre shouting out God's message (as they saw it) appear to have desisted!!!
• The buskers usually turn up in the High Street on a Saturday afternoon.
