• Being close to the Kent countryside and London at the same time. There is a sense of community here. People actually say "good morning" to each other as they wait for the morning train into Cannon Street. Inside the travelcard zones, so train operators can't rip you off even more. You can walk around with only a low risk of being mugged. Rare since it is officially part of South London. Sainsbury's here seems to do a lot of 'reduced' items.
