- chippy, chinese, Tugela Hotel as posh as it gets, foods not bad though. Green Ginger rocks the hardest though.
- The London Inn. The delicatessen.
- There is a marvellous bakery just opposite St. Andrews church which does a pretty good impersonation of a cornish pasty
