- The star is about as alive as Toby Collin's humour.(and this ent alot).
but as its our local pub we do support it. crisps are 50p a pack and a can of warm coke is £1! but like i said, its our local pub so we do go down, just take your own food and drink though.(i heard tesco is doing some good 3 for 2 offers on Teco's own alcoholic drinks)

- Under new management, the Star is now the place to be. the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is great - long live the local village pub!

- Star Inn under new management and has great food now and does not stink of fat any more.
- The Star Pub is now owned by Thomas Aspey - please note that pub lunches are now served all through the week!
- Only the Star!! use it now before it closes down!
- The Star Inn Loads of space, plenty of room at the bar and nice and quiet. No local riff raffs - come to think of it No Locals !!!!!
- The Star is the only pub here!!!! But it has a great atmosphere.
