• In the way of sport there is the local football team that has a mixed amount of success this season.we are in the semi-finals of the cup and lie in seventh in the league. the tennis courts are for members only, but seriously when has that actually stopped anyone playing on them before!!! We have a basketball hoop. the cricket team is most people's choice for Ashton's pride and joy. the amount of care taken to look after the pitch compared to the football pitch is amazing!Just to piss them off, everyonce in a while we'll mess it up.keeps them on their toes!
