• Don't forget out back of Stu's house when he get's his rail out, thst makes 4 a decent sesh, especially when Danno's over.
• this ones interesting. go to the lake and try to grind on the outer edge . . . its a miracle if you dont fall in. if you dont your a better man than my mate mick
• right then, quite a few good spots if u no what ur doing, starting from moss road going towards campsall u get moss road school, very difficult to get in but has an ok manual pad for u t trick on n off n they've recently put some metal and wooden benches in, smooth and open, excellent for flat ground. further up towards the crossings is the firestation wall with a kerb gap at the bottom n a slight lip at the end of the wall. next just over the crossings is the library wall gap, with a bin at the bottom n a downhill run up prettey easy if u have the experience. then theres the lake with metal benches, varying in hight all the way around theyre quite difficult to grind as theyre so short! the bookies wall is good to trick over, there are 2 one after the other of slightly different hights making for a good line. right next to that is cooplands wall, a little wall for nose, tail and boardslides, no grinds unfortunatley, the brick work is just too rubbish. thurther up outside bel sol theres a small burner u can wall ride if ur good enough. next is the co-op car park with lots of smooth, flat ground and manual pads there are always cardboard boxes to ollie if u look 4 em. theres also a save-a-can to jump off if u have the guts i havent seen many even attempt that. thurther up theres premier bikes with a ledge, go after six coz the crotch rocket krew r usually there until then. now for the record, theres a youth club after premier bikes, we built our very own quarter pipes n fun box there, which made it the best sk8 spot in askern for about 2 months and then the muppets from the coincil destroyed it all n took it away. fact! up behind the youth club there's six five sets one after the other, (i was the first in askern to ollie them all one after another im proud to say (i no this cos they werent built long ago))if you can do them it looks wkd on a video!!! in the opposite direction at the junction where the burner is you will find alexander house with a 3 set, a big ledge n a 'pro' gap leading into the white hart's car park. then rite up the road theres the other youth club thing thats just started (aug 2003) with a cool ledge. thats right across the road from askern spa junior school.(completley flatground)
